Toarco Toraja Coffee is seeking a passionate Crew Cafe with specialized expertise in pastry and baking to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a key member of our cafe operations, you'll craft exceptional baked goods and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a premium coffee environment. This role requires creativity, precision, and dedication to culinary excellence. You'll work with premium coffee ingredients to develop signature pastries while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake premium pastries including cakes, cookies, and bread using traditional and modern techniques
- Execute daily production schedules with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in all baking operations
- Collaborate with cafe team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Develop new pastry recipes aligned with seasonal offerings and customer preferences
- Train junior staff on baking techniques and cafe service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking and pastry experience
- Expertise in cake preparation, cookie making, and artisan bread baking
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ingredient properties and baking chemistry
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced cafe environments
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Portfolio showcasing pastry creations (required for interview)
