Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality ingredients and assist in the cooking of ramen and side dishes according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP) at all times.
- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow to support timely service during peak hours.
- Manage inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Support the team in cleaning and closing procedures at the end of the shift.
- Provide proactive support to other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous F&B experience is a plus.
- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
