Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Execute repairs on equipment ranging from minor adjustments to moderate component replacements and system overhauls.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and company regulations.
- Document maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment status reports accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to minimize production interruptions during maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of machine operations and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or moving around for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required.
