As a Crew Member, you will be instrumental in setting the standard for quality service and culinary excellence in our new outlet. We value passion, dedication, and a positive attitude above all else.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and serving our signature Bakso dishes with precision, ensuring the dining area is pristine, and greeting customers with a warm smile. You will work closely with a supportive team to manage orders, handle transactions, and create a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends enjoying a meal together. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, specifically our signature Bakso dishes, according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen and dining area at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company safety, sanitation, and food handling policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
