Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve Excelso's premium coffee and food products according to brand standards
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the cafe
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee and food preparation is advantageous
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS systems
