Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operations according to established SOPs and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and efficient order processing
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all outlet areas (dining, kitchen, storage)
- Prepare accurate daily sales and operational reports for management review
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and waste management protocols
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
