Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and prompt assistance
- Maintain strict cleanliness and organization standards throughout the outlet
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports accurately
- Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are consistently followed
- Collaborate effectively with team members during peak hours and special events
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or food service industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer literacy for report generation
