Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily operational activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet at all times
- Prepare daily operational reports as required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
