Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily operational procedures in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the outlet.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily operational reports and checklists.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and basic food/beverage preparation where required.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately and securely.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage but not required.
