- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and juices, according to company standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including dining areas and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste control.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience is required; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
