- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes and strict safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the dining room and kitchen.
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service and a smooth flow during peak hours.
- Assist in food delivery to tables and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, health regulations, and uniform standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with POS systems is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
