Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to strict McDonald's standards and recipes.
- Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and packaging to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification (Diploma holders are preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and a desire to learn new skills.
