Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook ramen noodles and various side dishes according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, portioning, and plating to ensure efficiency during peak hours.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure guest safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management as needed.
- Perform basic cleaning duties, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or kitchen operations is preferred.
- Strong passion for food and a genuine interest in the ramen industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate objects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
