Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient interactions

- Maintain cleanliness of outlet premises, equipment, and dining areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
