Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle food/beverage orders efficiently
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all outlet areas
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company procedures
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Physical stamina for standing and fast-paced tasks
- Valid food handling certification preferred
