Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage products following strict quality control and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary outlet environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking supplies and monitoring expiry dates.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Operate POS systems and manage cash handling with high accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism or related field.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Well-groomed appearance and a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Domiciled in or willing to commute to Jakarta Barat.
