Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist patrons with menu choices and inquiries.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage products following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the outlet.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high service efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry or retail is a significant advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a "can-do" attitude.
