Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu selections.
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to REDDOG standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet at all times.
- Manage POS operations, including processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Ensure smooth outlet operations during both peak and off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a professional appearance.
- Willingness to be placed in Sragen, Jawa Tengah.
