Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, serving, and assisting patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
