As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer who visits our outlet. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent and friendly customer service to all guests visiting the outlet.
- Prepare and serve Puyo Silky Desserts products according to company SOPs.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards at all times.
- Manage daily sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Possess a friendly, energetic, and positive personality with strong communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Jimbaran area.
