- Provide excellent service to ensure every guest has a memorable and positive experience.
- Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure food quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow standardized operation manuals for food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dining areas.
- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Support the team during peak hours to maintain smooth store operations.
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory levels as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and possess a friendly attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Yogyakarta area.
