- Conduct persuasive sales presentations to promote Home Credit products effectively.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting the best financing plans.
- Engage with customers through social media channels to expand brand reach.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and document verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with store management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and National ID Card (NIK).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
