Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Home Credit products, including credit cards and personal loans, to customers at partner outlets.
- Assist customers in filling out loan applications accurately and efficiently.
- Collect necessary customer data and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide clear explanations about loan terms, interest rates, and benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the store manager.
- Build strong relationships with partner outlet staff and customers to drive repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English and Indonesian.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and products.
