Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and offer Home Credit Indonesia's payment products at partner outlets, stores, and counters
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Provide accurate information on credit terms, interest rates, and application processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
- Complete sales documentation and administrative tasks with precision
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain updated knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Basic computer literacy for sales documentation
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Residence in Karawaci/Tangerang area preferred
