Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Home Credit's payment products and financing solutions to customers at partner retail outlets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain credit terms to potential buyers
- Assist customers with application processes and documentation requirements
- Maintain product knowledge of latest promotions and financing schemes
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff
- Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with Home Credit's sales policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/D3 graduates preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in target-driven environments
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting systems
- Positive attitude with service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per retail schedule
- Resident of Pamulang/Tangerang Selatan area preferred
