Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook steamboat and grill dishes according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in food preparation and service areas
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and freshness checks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and address guest inquiries
- Operate and maintain cooking equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in daily cleaning and sanitization of workstations and dining areas
- Contribute to menu development through customer feedback and trend awareness
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in culinary/hospitality field
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or restaurant operations
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working in hot conditions
