- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with a smile.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain product display areas, ensuring cookies are always fresh, properly labeled, and attractively arranged.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, assisting with stock replenishment and product rotation.
- Keep the store clean and organized, following health and safety protocols.
- Support opening and closing duties, including security checks and daily reporting.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or food service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerâfirst mindset.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
