Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with eyewear selection
- Manage daily store operations including inventory and sales transactions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Actively achieve sales targets and product quotas
- Process customer orders and manage after-sales services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in product knowledge training and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
