Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to standard recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times, following health and safety standards.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize downtime.
- Handle cash transactions and manage petty cash with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- A strong passion for coffee and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
