Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, manual brews, and other menu items according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient customer service to ensure a positive store experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, customer seating, and workstation.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; report low stock levels to the manager.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in promoting new menu items or seasonal campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a high-volume hospitality/F&B environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about coffee origins, roasting, and brewing techniques.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
