Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized eyewear consultations and product recommendations
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an attractive store environment
- Conduct inventory management including stock receiving, reconciliation, and cycle counts
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer rapport
