Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and shift management.
- Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor and report on daily sales performance and operational feedback to management.
- Maintain equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Management.
- Previous experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shift schedules.
- Disciplined, honest, and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
