Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization according to company standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Perform daily sales reporting and administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety policies and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a full-time, flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in English is considered a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
