Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Crew Store for the Yogyakarta region to become the face of our payment solutions. In this customer-facing role, you'll actively promote and sell Home Credit's innovative payment products at partner retail outlets while executing strategic social media campaigns. You'll be instrumental in driving sales growth by educating customers about our flexible financing options and building lasting relationships with retail partners. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Home Credit's payment solutions at partner retail outlets
- Execute product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential customers
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns
- Achieve monthly sales targets through customer engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Provide accurate product information and customer support
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Submit regular performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or retail
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Proficient in social media platforms
- Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) is required
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with local dialect knowledge
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
