In this critical support role, you will be the backbone of our marine operations, ensuring that our vessels are appropriately staffed and our seafarers are supported throughout their contracts.
You will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end crew changes, navigating complex regulatory requirements, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end crew changes, including flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and transport logistics.
- Manage and process seafarer documentation, including visas, medical certificates, and seaman books.
- Maintain and update crew databases to ensure accurate tracking of certifications and contract periods.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for seafarers regarding travel arrangements and on-board requirements.
- Liaise with shipping agents, immigration authorities, and port officials to facilitate smooth vessel operations.
- Assist the Operations Manager in preparing monthly reports and crew employment cost breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime labor conventions and company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping, crewing, or logistics coordination is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with multicultural stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with last-minute travel or operational disruptions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
