We are seeking a highly experienced Crewing Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts at SOECHI. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our crewing and operational workforce within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. You will be responsible for designing effective recruitment strategies, ensuring strict compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
As a leader in this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and oversee the onboarding of new crew members. We are looking for a strategic professional who can optimize our recruitment operations and drive efficiency in workforce management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for crewing and operational staff, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies and sourcing channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to expand our talent network.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industry standards, and company HR policies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define competency models.
Kualifikasi
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 55 years old.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with specific expertise in crewing, maritime, or logistics operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and employment standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
