Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end client engagement for hyperscale data center services, from pre-operational commissioning and handover to ongoing operational management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key hyperscale clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication regarding service delivery and operational status.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of critical facility services, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client specific requirements for cloud and AI infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and technical support teams to resolve issues, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, emergency response plans, and best practices tailored for hyperscale data center environments.
- Monitor facility performance metrics, conduct regular operational reviews, and present comprehensive reports to clients and senior management.
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency of critical infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and expansion, collaborating with sales and solutions teams to address evolving client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Data Center Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in critical facilities management, data center operations, or technical client delivery, with at least 3 years specifically within a hyperscale data center environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and delivering high-stakes infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of critical data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, network connectivity, and physical security systems.
- Demonstrated experience with commissioning processes (e.g., Level 5/Cx) for large-scale, multi-tenant data center facilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management and operational excellence.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer/Specialist, CDCDP, ITIL) are highly desirable.
