Data Center Solution Singapore is a leading provider of data center services in the region, committed to delivering reliable, secure, and efficient facilities for colocation, cloud, and managed services. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Critical Services Manager to lead our engineering team in Southeast Asia.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the availability, reliability, and efficiency of all critical infrastructure systems across multiple data centers. You will develop and implement strategies for preventive maintenance, manage complex troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal performance. Your leadership will be crucial in managing a team of skilled engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with construction teams for new builds and retrofits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for system availability, capacity planning, and energy efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all mission-critical facilities infrastructure, including power, cooling, fire detection, and security systems.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans to guarantee 100% uptime.
- Lead and mentor a team of critical facilities engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage capacity planning and energy efficiency initiatives to optimize operational costs and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, incident management, and key metrics for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in critical facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a data center environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear) and mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, cooling towers).
- Professional certifications such as Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
