We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Migration & Data Operations Specialist to join the team at Lewis Personnel Management. This is a project-based, work-from-home engagement that offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to critical business operations.
In this role, you will take ownership of data integrity and migration processes, ensuring that our client's transition to a new CRM platform is seamless and accurate. You will be responsible for mapping data fields, cleansing legacy records, and validating information to prevent errors. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects from legacy systems to modern CRM platforms.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, deduplication, and validation to ensure high-quality data.
- Map data attributes between source and target systems to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, documentation, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define data standards.
- Test migration scripts and troubleshoot data discrepancies post-migration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM data migration, preferably with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
