Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, technical architecture planning, and implementation of best practices for security and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize CRM workflows and automation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or CRM Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FS).
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, and custom development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
