Jollibee Foods Corporation, a global leader in the food service industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our digital transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on the optimization and management of our Franchisee Application Management System.
As a CRM Developer, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will leverage your expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, SAP CX, and HubSpot to design, develop, and maintain robust CRM solutions that drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy customized CRM solutions (Salesforce, SAP CX, or HubSpot) to support franchisee operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the Franchisee Application Management System, ensuring 99.9% system uptime and performance.
- Perform regular system audits, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Integrate CRM platforms with existing enterprise ecosystems and third-party APIs.
- Document technical processes and provide training documentation for end-users and internal support teams.
- Continuously research emerging CRM technologies to recommend improvements to our current architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM development, configuration, and maintenance.
- Hands-on technical proficiency in at least one major CRM platform: Salesforce (Apex/Lightning), SAP CX, or HubSpot.
- Strong background in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
