Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance? Xtendops is seeking a dedicated CRM (Intake) System Tester to join our dynamic team in Cebu. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless functionality of our CRM intake workflows, helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As a CRM Tester, you will be responsible for validating system logic, data integrity, and end-to-end user journeys within our intake platforms. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and user experience, ensuring that our systems are robust, efficient, and error-free before they go live.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough manual and functional testing of CRM intake systems and workflows.
- Identify, document, and track software defects/bugs using industry-standard tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to interpret technical requirements and design effective test cases.
- Execute regression testing to ensure that system updates do not impact existing intake functionalities.
- Validate data integrity and process flow consistency across various CRM touchpoints.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide quality assurance insights.
- Generate detailed test summary reports for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software testing, specifically within CRM environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
