Join Xtendops as a CRM (Intake) System Tester and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our client-facing CRM systems within a dynamic BPO environment. You'll be responsible for validating data intake workflows, testing system integrations, and identifying potential bottlenecks that impact customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive test plans for CRM intake systems including data validation, form submissions, and workflow automation
- Create detailed test cases covering user scenarios, edge cases, and integration points with BPO tools
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar issue-tracking systems
- Perform regression testing to ensure system integrity after updates or configuration changes
- Validate data migration processes and report discrepancies to development teams
- Collaborate with BPO stakeholders to understand intake requirements and translate them into test scenarios
- Maintain test documentation and provide regular progress reports to QA leads
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience testing CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with BPO processes and customer data handling workflows
- Proficiency in test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience creating test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and verification tasks
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
