Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based integrations and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
- Optimize existing CRM configurations to enhance system performance, data integrity, and user adoption.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for enterprise applications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CRM development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams or acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and adapt to night shift schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
