- Drive sales through customer engagement and product recommendations
- Execute suggestive selling and upselling techniques to maximize revenue

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude with a passion for footwear and fashion
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
