We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cross Passage Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects for our Singapore branch. As part of a Fortune 500 multinational enterprise and a leading A1 Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in our tunneling and underground construction initiatives. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who ensures the highest standards of technical execution, safety, and project delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the technical execution, supervision, and management of cross-passage construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and international engineering standards.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the integrity and durability of the structures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in tunneling, underground works, or cross-passage construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations specific to Singapore's construction industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex engineering projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
