Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct various table games (such as Blackjack, Roulette, or Baccarat) with precision and accuracy.
- Manage the game flow in accordance with strict casino regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with guests and answering inquiries.
- Monitor the gaming table to detect irregularities and ensure the integrity of the game is maintained.
- Manage chip transactions, payouts, and collections efficiently and accurately.
- Foster an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for all guests on the gaming floor.
- Work collaboratively with surveillance and floor supervisors to maintain a secure gaming environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Croupier or in a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and strong mental arithmetic skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse international guests.
- High level of integrity and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A professional grooming standard and pleasant disposition.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and security clearance.
