Mindteck is seeking a skilled Crowdtest Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cyberjaya. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about software quality assurance and mobile testing, particularly within Android Open Source Project (AOSP) environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for AOSP-based mobile applications and systems
- Identify, document, and track software defects using established bug tracking systems
- Perform manual and automated testing on various mobile devices running Android operating systems
- Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and contribute to test strategy planning
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers regarding bug severity and reproducibility
Kualifikasi
- Relevant professional experience in AOSP software testing and mobile application testing
- Strong understanding of Android operating system architecture and functionality
- Basic programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Python for test automation
- Experience with handling AOSP systems and corresponding testing methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management platforms
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic familiarity with mobile device ecosystems and user experience considerations
