As a Cruise Agent, your primary mission is to match clients with their dream cruise experience. You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound sales calls, and guide customers through the complete booking lifecycle. From the moment a client reaches out, you will leverage your deep product knowledge and persuasive sales skills to recommend tailored itineraries, cabin types, onboard amenities, and exclusive packages. You are not just selling a ticket; you are curating lifelong memories.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, providing expert consultation to clients on global cruise destinations, itineraries, ships, and amenities.
- Proactively generate leads and convert inquiries into sales by effectively presenting tailored cruise packages and exclusive promotions.
- Manage the complete booking journey, including reservations, documentation, invoicing, and post-booking support to ensure a flawless customer experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and relationship management.
- Build and nurture a loyal client base to drive repeat business and high customer retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new cruise product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to resolve client issues and refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a direct sales role; experience in the travel, cruise, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the cruise industry and major cruise lines (e.g., Royal Caribbean, MSC, Princess, Carnival) is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard productivity tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and amenable to shifting schedules for global clients.
