Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding travel products and services via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and rotational days off.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High school graduate or undergraduate (College students are welcome).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
